About The Position

This role is for a Retail Sales Consultant who will be at the center of creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. The consultant will be responsible for meeting sales targets and earning commission by leveraging AT&T’s full suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services. The position involves a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options, and participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The work schedule is between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance. It is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and openness to change to keep up with evolving technology and customer needs. While prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, it is not required, as AT&T provides the necessary tools, training, and coaching. New Retail Sales Consultants can expect to earn between $40,000 to $63,000, including an hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities, with individual starting salary dependent on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training, and the salary range dependent on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
