About The Position

The Retail Sales Consultant role at AT&T focuses on creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. The consultant will be responsible for meeting sales targets by utilizing AT&T's full suite of products, including the latest devices and services, to bring friends, families, and communities closer together. This involves a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options, participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The position requires working a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, and demands flexibility and openness to change to stay current with evolving technology and customer needs in a fast-paced environment. AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching for new consultants to help them meet and exceed their goals.
