About The Position

As a Retail Sales Consultant at Prime Communications, an AT&T authorized retailer, you will help customers stay connected by recommending wireless technology, entertainment, and connectivity solutions that fit their needs and lifestyle. The role offers opportunities to develop sales skills and advance into leadership roles. You will contribute to store operations, work with a team, and represent the AT&T brand in the local community.

Compensation includes base pay and a competitive commission plan, with potential earnings of $40,000 to $50,000 or more per year based on performance. A new-hire ramp-up bonus is offered during the first three months. Training and career growth opportunities are also available.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
