About The Position

This position is located in PIKESVILLE, MD. The role is for individuals who speak both Spanish and English, with potential for additional starting pay for bilingual candidates. The primary goal is to create meaningful connections with customers by providing personalized sales expertise and utilizing AT&T's products and services to meet sales targets and earn commission. The role involves a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, community engagement through events, online order fulfillment, and outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility and adaptability to evolving technology and customer needs.

Requirements

Speak Spanish and English.
Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
Flexibility and openness to change.
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
No sales experience is required; training and coaching will be provided.
