This role is for a Retail Sales Consultant who will be at the center of creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. The primary goal is to meet sales targets and earn commission by leveraging AT&T’s full suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services. Consultants will employ a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options. The position also involves community engagement through events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The work schedule is between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance. It is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and adaptability to evolving technology and customer needs. While prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, it is not required, as AT&T provides the necessary tools, training, and coaching to help employees achieve their goals.
