Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
This position is for a Retail Sales Consultant who is bilingual in Spanish and English. The role involves creating meaningful connections with customers, meeting sales targets, and earning commission by offering AT&T's products and services. You will use a consultative sales approach, guide customers through options, and be involved in community events, online order fulfillment, and outbound calls. The environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility to adapt to evolving technology and customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but training and coaching will be provided for those without sales experience. This role is ideal for individuals considering similar positions like Wireless Sales Consultant, Retail Associate, Retail Sales Associate, or Retail Team Member.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Ability to work a schedule between 9 am-9 pm, including weekends.
- Flexibility and openness to change.
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
