About The Position

Prime Communications, the largest authorized AT&T retailer in the U.S., is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Consultant. The role helps customers stay connected by recommending wireless technology, entertainment, and connectivity solutions suited to their needs and lifestyle. It offers an average of 25 hours per week, flexible scheduling, commission and performance-based incentives, sales and customer service experience, and opportunities to grow into full-time or leadership roles.

The consultant works in a fast-paced, supportive retail environment, delivering in-store customer service, meeting sales goals, supporting store operations, and representing the AT&T brand in the local community. Scheduling includes a mix of weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• A competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
