About The Position

Prime Communications is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected by recommending wireless technology, entertainment, and connectivity solutions suited to their needs and lifestyles. The role offers competitive base pay and commission, training, and opportunities to develop sales skills and advance into leadership roles. The consultant also supports store operations, works with a team, builds local community relationships, and represents the AT&T brand.

Requirements

• Previous customer-facing experience required.

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
