About The Position

This role is for a Retail Sales Consultant who is bilingual in Armenian and English. The primary goal is to create meaningful connections with customers by providing personalized sales expertise and utilizing AT&T's products and services. The position involves a consultative sales approach, community engagement through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls. It is a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and adaptability to evolving technology and customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but training and coaching will be provided for those without experience.

Requirements

Speak Armenian and English.
Flexibility and openness to change.
Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
