About The Position

This Retail Sales Consultant position at AT&T is an opportunity to advance a sales career by creating meaningful connections with customers. The role involves being at the center of daily operations, focusing on meeting sales targets and earning commission by leveraging AT&T’s comprehensive suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services that connect communities. Consultants will employ a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options. Beyond in-store interactions, responsibilities extend to community engagement through events, processing online orders, and conducting outbound calls to both existing and potential customers. The work environment is described as fast-paced, requiring flexibility and adaptability to keep pace with evolving technology and customer demands. AT&T provides necessary tools, training, and coaching, making it suitable even for candidates without prior sales experience.
