This role is for a Retail Sales Consultant in Hermitage, TN. The position involves working directly with customers in a retail location, evaluating their potential product needs, and making appropriate recommendations. It also includes providing outstanding customer service, helping customers interpret account statements, pay bills, answering questions about services, making account changes, upgrading service levels, and processing general service requests. The role acts as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products, requiring an expert-level understanding of technology, especially Comcast products and services, and maintaining detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information. The position requires meeting goals and metrics and contributing to a fun and competitive environment. The company aims to connect its products and services to customers' everyday lifestyles. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Generally, requires 2-5 years related experience
  • Ability to work a full time, flexible schedule which includes evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedule.

  • Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to stand and move about the store constantly.

Responsibilities

  • Working directly with customers in a retail location, evaluating the customer’s potential product needs, and making appropriate recommendations.
