About The Position
The Retail Sales Consultant role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how AT&T products and services can meet those needs. This position requires staying current with the latest technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi and data devices, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. The consultant will be responsible for educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations and contributing to sales goals.
Requirements
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Understanding of customers' needs
- Knowledge of latest data/entertainment technology and devices
Responsibilities

- Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs
