About The Position

The Retail Sales Consultant role focuses on customer experience and sales. This position requires individuals to possess a competitive spirit and a desire to meet and exceed sales goals. Consultants must stay up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, understand customer needs, and help them discover how AT&T products can meet those needs. The role involves multitasking in a fast-paced team environment, educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations, and interacting with customers to provide prompt and courteous service.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency

Previous retail sales experience
Experience with technology products and services
Bilingual abilities
