Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including various shifts Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
  • Able to pass a criminal background check.
  • The ability to speak clearly and understand spoken information effectively.
  • Able to provide excellent customer service by assessing customer needs and meeting high quality standards.
  • Ability to give full attention to customers and team members, ask thoughtful questions, and convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Skilled at influencing positive outcomes, guiding conversations, and helping to reconcile differences or objections.
  • Strong ability to understand customer reactions, maintain situational awareness, and respond with tact and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

  • Work requires physical exertion. May require the ability to stand; walk over rough surfaces; bend, crouch, stoop, stretch, reach, lift moderately heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) in a recurring manner and/or for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in finding products, making selections, and sharing product knowledge.
  • Strictly verify IDs to ensure all sales are made only to customers 21 and over, screen for intoxication, and maintain situational awareness for loss prevention.
  • Process transactions accurately at a cash register, handle cash and card payments, give correct change, and balance the till at the end of a shift.
  • Assist in receiving, inspecting, storing, and displaying merchandise.
  • Fill wholesale liquor orders for clubs, restaurants, and hotels as required.
  • Maintain the facility in a clean, orderly, and safe condition (including occasional light maintenance like clearing sidewalks).
  • Assist with inventory spot-checks and help support store operations during peak times or in the absence of management.
