Requirements
- Knowledge of clothing brands and current trends.
- Prior retail experience is desirable, but this can be a first job.
- Reliable availability for 20-25 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling.
- Ability to work as part of a team, achieve team goals, and maintain a positive outlook.
- Initiative to adapt to changing tasks without direct instruction when not assisting customers.
Responsibilities
- Organize clothing to ensure it is easy-to-find, including recovery and grouping like sizes (75% of time).
- Stock fixtures and shelves to keep them fresh and full.
- Courteously assist customers in finding merchandise and answering questions.
- Build rapport with regular customers by learning their names and buying interests.
