About The Position

Wellness City is seeking enthusiastic team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy delivering exceptional customer experiences. No spa or wellness industry experience is required. We'll provide the training and support needed for your success. As an opening team member, you'll have the opportunity to help establish a positive and welcoming culture, receive comprehensive training before and after opening, work directly with leadership during launch, develop valuable sales and customer service skills, and be considered for future leadership opportunities as the location grows.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

Retail, hospitality, sales, fitness, spa, tanning, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to every guest.
Build relationships with clients and understand their wellness goals.
Recommend wellness services, sunless tanning options, UV equipment, and retail products based on client needs.
Meet and exceed individual sales and performance goals.
Process customer transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment.
Clean and sanitize spa, sunless, and UV equipment between client visits.
Assist with laundry, inventory organization, and general housekeeping duties.
Work collaboratively with teammates to create a positive customer experience.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
