About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate supports the customer experience across retail, rental, custom clothing, and omnichannel services within a store. The role includes building customer relationships from greeting through post-sale contact, using selling techniques, supporting team and store sales goals, assisting with merchandising and stock counts, and operating the cash register. Associates may have the opportunity to voluntarily work at multiple store or site locations and across multiple brands. Requirements

Provide customer-focused service and deliver a world-class customer experience.
Desire to learn and adapt to new programs.
Ability to work well and consult with retail sales associates at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment.
Ability to stand and walk for most of the work shift; frequently bend, squat, and twist; lift up to 50 pounds; climb a ladder to reach merchandise or supplies; and distinguish fabric patterns and colors.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
Encourage and participate in team selling and contribute to store sales volume and metrics goals.
Assist with visual merchandising, setup, store-related projects, and merchandise stock counts.
Operate the cash register as a cashier at the point of sale.
