About The Position

Skechers is hiring an entry-level Retail Sales Associate, also known as a Product Specialist, to help customers find suitable footwear, apparel, and accessories and support store performance. The role focuses on personalized customer service, achieving sales goals, cashier duties, maintaining merchandise and displays, building product knowledge, and collaborating with the store team. The position is seasonal and offers a pay rate of $18.00. Employees receive on-the-job training and a flexible schedule; evening and weekend availability is required. The work involves being on your feet for most of the shift and occasionally lifting and carrying shoes and boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, with evening and weekend availability.
• Eager to provide excellent customer service in an entry-level retail role.
• Driven to meet and exceed retail sales goals.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities.
• Able to perform the role's physical demands, including being on one's feet for most of the shift and occasionally lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
