The Retail Sales Associate works at the pro shop at The Clubs at Arrowhead, Legend in Glendale, Arizona. The role supports daily retail operations, maintains a clean and organized shop, and provides welcoming, helpful service to guests. Responsibilities include opening and closing procedures and assisting with merchandise handling and inventory. Responsibilities
- Perform department opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the pro shop.
- Provide excellent guest service by fostering a welcoming environment, answering questions, and offering suggestions based on available merchandise.
- Assist with merchandise management, including shipping, receiving, pricing, stocking, and conducting inventory.
