About The Position

Where Ya Bin Stores offers a fast-paced retail shopping experience focused on savings and constantly changing inventory. The Retail Sales Associate supports daily store operations and delivers excellent customer service. This hands-on role includes stocking merchandise, assisting customers, organizing sales floor areas, cleaning, and helping maintain an efficient and safe shopping environment. Team members work with store leadership to keep the store clean, organized, fully stocked, and ready to provide customers with a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Support bin flips, staging, and sales floor organization.

• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

• Communicate customer concerns or operational issues to store leadership.
• Work collaboratively with team members and managers during busy periods.

• Perform general retail tasks as needed to support store operations.
