As a Game Day Retail Associate, you'll interact with customers, provide product information, assist with purchases, maintain the sales floor, and operate the point-of-sale system while delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems preferred.
Stocking: familiarity with inventory control and tracking.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage customers with a friendly demeanor.
Assist customers in finding and selecting merchandise.
Address customer inquiries and questions professionally.
Ensure the sales floor is stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
Maintain cleanliness and uphold brand merchandising standards.
Operate point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in converting the store from one team's merchandise to another team's, as needed.
Adapt and perform well in a fast-paced and noisy environment.
Tag new items and stage for display on sales floor.
Assist with receiving shipments, and verifying incoming inventory against packing lists.
Check merchandise for damage and imperfections.
Restock, fold, and organize the storage room and sales floor.
