This role involves selling products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments, maintaining professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees, meeting or exceeding personal sales goals on a monthly basis, courteously welcoming customers and offering assistance, directing customers by escorting them to displays, assessing needs and suggesting products to fit those needs, advising customers by providing information on products and services, helping customers make selections by building customer confidence, accurately documenting and reporting sales, contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, being responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations, and ensuring the work station/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional and presentable at all times. Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately.
