About The Position
My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is looking for driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join their growing retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. This role involves providing the best customer experience and technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services. The position offers a strong base pay, a commission and bonus schedule, ongoing paid training, and exciting career paths. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, educating them on AT&T products and services, and guiding them through the buying process in an energetic environment. As you learn and succeed, you'll be eligible for new opportunities and financial rewards.
Requirements
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
