Retail Sales Associate - Temporary
About The Position
The Retail Sales Associate delivers exceptional customer service and satisfaction while selling a diverse range of products both over the phone and in person. The role assists customers with placing orders, answers product questions, and works toward strong sales performance. Associates provide best-in-class service that reflects the Omaha Steaks brand. Food knowledge can help associates create memorable customer experiences, and training is provided to help employees become Steak Experts. This temporary position is based in Westminster, Colorado. Store hours are Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Schedules vary according to store needs; early mornings and late evenings are not required. The role also includes general expectations for a positive, respectful, cooperative, punctual, and safety-conscious workplace.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent customer service, sales, and communication skills.
