About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Best Buy for customers who visit its stores. Best Buy provides training to build the skills and knowledge needed to recommend technology products and services that meet customers’ needs. The position is suited to people with a passion for sales or helping others.

The role includes welcoming customers, demonstrating products, answering questions, making recommendations across departments, handling cashier duties, maintaining product knowledge, keeping the sales floor clean and stocked, and helping with in-store and curbside pickup orders.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demonstrations, answer questions, and recommend products and services that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
