About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate is the face of Best Buy in its stores, helping customers find technology products and services that meet their individual needs. Best Buy provides training to build the knowledge and skills needed to make recommendations confidently. The role also supports purchasing, store upkeep, and pickup orders. The position requires a flexible schedule that includes holidays, nights, and weekends.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demonstrations, answer questions, and recommend products and services that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
