About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate delivers exceptional customer service and satisfaction while selling a diverse range of products both over the phone and in person. The role assists customers with placing orders, answers product inquiries, and strives to achieve top sales performance. Associates consistently provide best-in-class service that reflects the Omaha Steaks brand. Food knowledge can help create memorable customer experiences, and training is provided for those who are not already food enthusiasts. The position is temporary and based in Pembroke Pines, Florida, with pay of $16.00 per hour. Store hours are Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The schedule varies based on store needs; early mornings and late evenings are not required. Omaha Steaks is a family-owned business that has operated for over 100 years and sells steaks and gourmet food products. Team members represent the Omaha Steaks brand and receive a generous product discount.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Excellent customer service, sales, and communication skills.
