Retail Sales Associate
About The Position
A part-time Retail Sales Associate is a valued member of a high-performing team, empowered and equipped to do their job. The anticipated rate is $17.50 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Associates and their families may participate in limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability coverage. Eligible associates may enroll in the company’s 401(k) plan. Associates can accrue up to 152 hours per year of paid time off, inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, as well as up to 64 hours of paid sick time per year unless otherwise required by law. Schedules are respectful and fall within operating hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Provide a great experience for customers.
- Handle various sales transactions.
- Encourage customers to participate in company programs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
