About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy will provide training in the skills and knowledge needed to recommend technology products and services that suit customers’ needs. The role is suited to people with a passion for sales or helping others.

The associate welcomes and assists customers, demonstrates products, answers questions, makes recommendations across departments, and handles cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges. The role also involves maintaining product knowledge through ongoing learning, keeping the sales floor clean and stocked, and helping with in-store and curbside pickup orders.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
