About The Position

AutoZone is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service and help customers find automotive parts and solutions. The role includes assisting customers with product selection and automotive advice, contributing to sales and store performance, maintaining inventory and store operations, and supporting a positive, knowledgeable retail environment. Associates use AutoZone systems to learn about products, tools, and promotions, and use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions. The position requires schedule flexibility, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed, and the ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and communicate clearly and professionally.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates, support team members, and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock and organize merchandise, follow point-of-sale procedures and loss-prevention policies, and support proper financial management and smooth store operations.
• Use structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently and follow company safety policies and personal protective equipment requirements.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
