About The Position

AutoZone is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service and help customers find automotive parts and solutions. The role involves assisting with product selection and advice, contributing to sales and store performance, maintaining inventory and store operations, and supporting a positive, knowledgeable retail environment. Associates use AutoZone systems to stay current on products and promotions and diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend solutions. Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, and weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
Previous experience in automotive retail.
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and communicate clearly and professionally.
Collaborate with managers and teammates to support a motivated and productive store environment; support teammates and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
Recommend products, services, and promotions while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
Restock merchandise, maintain organization, follow point-of-sale and loss-prevention procedures, and support proper financial management and smooth store operations.
Use structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently and follow company safety policies, including use of personal protective equipment.
Stay current on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
Lift, load, and deliver merchandise as needed.
