About The Position
Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming North Palm Beach is looking for a dedicated and experienced Retail Sales Associate to join their team. This role involves retail sales, booking grooming appointments, cash handling, inventory control, stocking, cleaning, and creating a welcoming experience for pets and their owners. The ideal candidate should be dependable, reliable, and excel in a fast-paced environment with strong customer service, phone etiquette, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities. Microsoft proficiency, POS experience, and upselling skills are required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and their dogs enthusiastically and assist with products and services
- Answer phones and schedule grooming appointments using our POS system
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and showroom-ready retail space
- Assist with social media posting, monitoring, and engagement
