About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help associates confidently recommend technology products and services that meet each customer’s needs. The role is suited to people with an interest in sales or helping others.

Associates welcome and engage customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, and make recommendations across departments. They also handle cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges; maintain product knowledge through ongoing learning; help keep the sales floor clean and stocked; and assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
