About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll serve as a customer-facing representative in the store. Best Buy will provide training so you can recommend technology products and services that meet customers’ individual needs. The role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, answering questions, making recommendations, handling transactions, maintaining the sales floor, and supporting pickup orders. Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products, answer questions, and recommend solutions to meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate product knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
