About The Position

AutoZone store teams provide customer service by helping customers find automotive parts and solutions, maintaining inventory, and supporting store operations. The Retail Sales Associate delivers customer service, offers automotive advice, recommends products and services, and contributes to sales and store performance. The role also includes keeping merchandise stocked and organized, following cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures, observing safety policies, staying informed about automotive parts and promotions, assisting with wiper blade, battery, and light bulb installations, and using diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend solutions. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Availability for a full-time flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

• Use structured processes to complete tasks efficiently and follow safety policies, including use of personal protective equipment.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Assist customers with wiper blade, battery, and light bulb installations.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
• Lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
