About The Position

Nordstrom is hosting a hiring event at its Natick Mall store on Thursday, October 22, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Candidates may arrive at any time during the event without scheduling an interview in advance. Follow the hiring-event signs or ask a Nordstrom employee for directions. Bringing a resume is optional, and applicants should allow approximately one hour for the interview process. On-the-spot offers will be made for most roles. The event is hiring for both seasonal and regular positions. Seasonal opportunities include Gift Shop Retail Sales, Retail Stock (5:00 a.m. start), and Retail Fulfillment (4:00 a.m. start). Regular opportunities include commission sales in Women's Apparel, Active & Lingerie, Accessories & Jewelry, Men's Apparel, At Home, Kids Apparel & Shoes, and Women's & Men's Shoes. Applicants who cannot attend may still have their applications considered. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Pay depends on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Listed ranges are $18.15–$18.85 per hour for Customer Service, Sales Support, and Stock, Fulfillment and Delivery; Sales is listed at $15.25 per hour. Another listed range is $18.15–$18.85 per hour. Commission for most selling employees varies by merchandise: apparel, shoes, and accessories typically range from 3% to 14.5%, while Beauty and Men's Fragrance sales roles typically receive 3%. Some positions may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses.
