About The Position

Retail Sales Associates support the customer experience across retail, rental, custom, and omnichannel businesses at a store location. They deliver attentive customer service, build customer relationships from greeting through post-sale contact, use established selling techniques, and contribute to store sales goals. The role also includes teamwork, visual merchandising and other store projects, merchandise stock counts, and cashiering. Associates may have the opportunity to work voluntarily across multiple store or site locations and brands. Requirements

Customer-service orientation and commitment to delivering a world-class customer experience.
Desire to learn and adapt to new programs.
Ability to work well and consult with retail sales associates at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment.
Ability to stand and walk for most of the work shift; frequently bend, squat, and twist; lift up to 50 pounds; climb a ladder to reach merchandise or supplies; and distinguish fabric patterns and colors.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
Encourage and participate in team selling and contribute to store sales volume and metrics goals.
Assist with visual merchandising, setup, store-related projects, and merchandise stock counts.
Operate the cash register at the point of sale.
