About The Position
As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help you recommend technology products and services that address customers’ individual needs. The role is suited to people who enjoy sales or helping others. The position involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products and answering questions across departments, completing cashier duties, maintaining product knowledge, keeping the sales floor clean and stocked, and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup orders. The role requires at least three months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers in a warm, friendly manner.
- Perform product demonstrations, answer questions, and recommend products and services that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
- Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain appropriate product knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
- Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
- Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
