About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help associates confidently recommend technology products and services that meet each customer’s needs. The role is suited to someone interested in sales or helping people.

The associate welcomes and engages customers, demonstrates products, answers questions, and makes recommendations across departments. Other duties include cashiering for purchases, returns, and exchanges; maintaining product knowledge through ongoing learning; keeping the sales floor clean and stocked; and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup orders.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
