About The Position

AutoZone is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service and help customers find automotive parts and solutions. The associate provides trustworthy automotive advice, recommends products and promotions, supports sales goals, and helps create a positive, knowledgeable retail environment. The role also includes maintaining inventory and store organization, completing point-of-sale procedures, following loss-prevention and safety policies, learning about parts and promotions through AutoZone systems, and using diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend solutions. Applicants must be at least 16 years old, be able to lift, load, and deliver merchandise, and have flexible availability for mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Basic automotive-parts knowledge, bilingual Spanish and English communication skills, automotive retail experience, and ASE certification are preferred. Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and communicate clearly and professionally.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates, support team members, and contribute to a motivated, productive store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain store organization, follow point-of-sale procedures and loss-prevention policies, and support proper financial management.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently by following established processes and company safety policies; use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Stay current on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
• Lift, load, and deliver merchandise as needed.
