We are looking for our “ONE in a million” for the position of Part Time Retail Sales Associate at our Disney Springs store. Your mission will involve exceptional advisory, helping customers find the perfect piece with personalized service that exceeds expectations. You will work with KPIs and individual/group goals, where your performance will be key to our common success. You will also be responsible for store care, including opening/closing, cleaning, and visual merchandising. Additionally, you will be responsible for the care, stock control, and inventory support of our jewelry products.
Requirements
- Previous experience of 1 year in retail, working with personalized attention and sales objectives.
- Advanced level of English is essential.
- Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A person with a strong customer orientation, goal achievement, and great motivation to grow and develop their professional career.
Responsibilities
- Help customers find the perfect piece, offering personalized service that exceeds their expectations.

- Keep the store impeccable: opening/closing, cleaning, visual merchandising, and much more.
- Responsible for the care, stock control, and support in the inventory process of the products.
