tarte cosmetics is seeking experienced retail sales associates for part-time opportunities in select geographic markets. tarte™ is the pioneer of high-performance naturals™ and one of the fastest-growing cosmetic companies in the U.S. Founder & CEO Maureen Kelly created the brand with a mission to develop cruelty-free, easy-to-use, life-tested products packed with skin-loving ingredients that deliver real results for everyday women. Requirements
- Passion for tarte products
- Retail sales experience, with expertise in Sephora and/or Ulta environments
- Strong relationship-building and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiasm for customer service
- Own a smartphone and have a working knowledge of apps and social media
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals (SPH target: $200/hour)
- Engage and assist customers
- Merchandising and planogram execution
