About The Position

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join their growing retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will help provide the best customer experience and technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services offered by My Wireless. The position involves engaging with customers, educating them on available AT&T products and services, and guiding them through the buying process in an energetic environment. As you learn and succeed, you'll be eligible for new opportunities and financial rewards.

Requirements

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally able to be employed in the US.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Standing and walking around for prolonged periods of time.
• Occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds.
• Reaching with hands and arms.
• Climbing ladders, balancing on ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching.
• Fine handling of display materials and merchandise.
• Dexterity is required.
• Specific vision abilities required include working with small parts in mobile phones and looking at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time (can be met with eyeglasses or contacts).
