About The Position
My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join their retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. This role involves providing an excellent customer experience and offering technology solutions with AT&T products and services. Associates will engage with customers, educate them on offerings, and guide them through the buying process in an energetic environment. The company emphasizes growth, training, and a rewarding atmosphere, with opportunities for advancement into management roles.
Requirements
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Standing and walking around, moving about for prolonged periods of time
- Occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds
- Reaching with hands and arms
- Climbing ladders, balancing on ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching
- Fine handling of display materials and merchandise
- Dexterity is required
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include being able to work with small parts in mobile phones and being able to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time
