Retail Sales Associate - Temporary
About The Position
The Retail Sales Associate delivers exceptional customer service and satisfaction while selling a diverse range of products in person and over the phone. The role assists customers with placing orders, answers product questions, and works to achieve top sales performance. Associates provide best-in-class service that reflects the Omaha Steaks brand. Food knowledge can help create memorable customer experiences; training is available for those who are not already knowledgeable about food. The role is temporary and based in South Windsor, Connecticut. Store hours are Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Schedules vary based on store needs; early mornings and late evenings are not required.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent customer service, sales, and communication skills.
