About The Position
The primary purpose of this position is to provide 100% Total Customer service in a fast and friendly way. Essential functions include but are not limited to: Answer customer inquiries, respond to customer requests, and resolve customer issues. Complete accurate and efficient register transactions. Perform inventory duties such as unloading, scanning, and stocking product on the shelves. Maintain a clean and neat appearance in the store.
Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to stand for periods of time, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- General Knowledge of Fabrics and Crafts is a plus.
- Knowledge of hardware is a plus.
