About The Position

Maurices is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate, also described as a Stylist/Sales Support associate, for its Decorah, Iowa store. Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

Guide customers through the brand experience and build authentic connections.
Provide customer service using loyalty, confidence, and product knowledge to advise on style and fit.
Use point-of-sale systems, payment systems, tablets, and headsets to stay informed about company priorities and promotions and deliver an omni-channel shopping experience.
Promote loyalty programs and credit services.
Maintain visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on customers.
Support shipment processing and learn about incoming products and merchandise on the sales floor.
Contribute to omni-channel order fulfillment, including in-store and curbside pickup.
Help customers build wardrobes and work toward sales goals.
