About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy will train you to recommend technology products and services that meet customers’ individual needs. The role is suited to people with a passion for sales or helping others.

The position includes assisting customers across departments, completing cashier duties, maintaining product knowledge, keeping the sales floor clean and stocked, and helping with pickup orders. Candidates must have at least three months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment and be able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demonstrations, answer questions, and recommend products and services to meet customer needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
