About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for customer experience across retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel businesses at a store location. The role involves helping customers throughout the buying process, supporting sales goals, contributing to store operations, and working collaboratively with the store team. Team members may have the opportunity to voluntarily work across multiple store or site locations and brands. Requirements

Provide customer-focused service and deliver a world-class customer experience.
Show a desire to learn and adapt to new programs.
Work well and consult with retail sales associates at all levels, contributing to a positive work environment.
Stand and walk for the majority of the work shift; frequently bend, squat, and twist; lift up to 50 lbs.; climb a ladder to reach merchandise or supplies; and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.

Responsibilities

Engage as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results.
Build a relationship with customers from greeting through post-sale contact.
Demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
Encourage and participate in team selling, contributing to store sales volume and metrics goals.
Assist with visual merchandising, setup, store-related projects, and merchandise stock counts.
Operate the cash register as a cashier at the point of sale.
