About The Position

AutoZone is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver customer service and help customers find automotive parts and solutions. The role involves advising customers, supporting sales and store performance, maintaining inventory and store operations, and contributing to a positive, knowledgeable retail environment. Associates use AutoZone systems to stay current on products and promotions and use diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend solutions. The position requires a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed, and the ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and communicate clearly and professionally.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates, support team members, and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock and organize merchandise; follow point-of-sale procedures and loss-prevention policies; and help maintain smooth store operations and proper financial management.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently using established processes and follow company safety policies, including using personal protective equipment.
• Stay current on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
